Lease with Option to Purchase

The LIZmer Lease with Option to Purchase (LOA or leasing) is a boat rental contract offered to individuals. The user is therefore the lessee of the asset and may become the owner at the end of the contract by exercising the option.

This is a tailored solution dedicated to individuals residing in the European Union, the Principality of Monaco, and the Swiss Confederation. Boats financed under LOA must be registered under French, British**, or Monaco flags**.

This financing method is:

  • Flexible*: The contract duration can be extended or reduced.
  • Adaptable*: Partial early repayments are possible.
  • Adjustable*: Add-ons can be included in the financing.
  • Transferable*: For example, the contract can be transferred to a new lessee.

Equipment Lease Financing

LIZmer Equipment Lease Financing (CBM) is a lease agreement offered by Capitole Finance-Tofinso to a lessee (legal entity), with an option to purchase. The user leases the boat and may become the owner at the end of the contract.

  • It is intended for companies governed by French law.
  • All types of boats can be financed under CBM, new or pre-owned, subject to VAT.
  • Flexible*: The contract can be modified upward or downward.
  • Adaptable*: Partial early repayments are possible.
  • Adjustable*: Add-ons can be integrated into the financing.
  • Transferable*: For example, the contract can be transferred to a new professional lessee.

Purpose loan

The LIZmer purpose loan is a loan agreement concluded between a lender (Capitole Finance-Tofinso via its brand LIZmer) and a borrower (the customer), specifically allocated to the acquisition of the boat designated in the sales contract (or purchase order).

  • The LIZmer purpose loan is intended for individuals who are French nationals and residents in mainland France.
  • All types of boats can be financed, new or pre-owned, up to 24 meters.
